September 22-25, 2023
With your guides,
Lisa Millette and Lindsay Crawford
When we choose to step away from what is familiar and known and instead embrace the mystery and the unknown, we open ourselves to a whole knew way of existing. One aligned with the Divine Feminine and Nature Herself.
On this Retreat, we will dive into our wild sides to find what lies hidden and what is ready to emerge.
Lisa and I look forward to guiding you through yoga asana, breathwork, mantra, meditation, yoga nidra, restorative yoga, nature connection, creative ritual, dance, play, and so much more.
The Bethel Farm team will nourish us with delicious organic and sustainable meals from their farm to our table. The land will hold us in protected forest with walking trails surrounding us. We have a swimming pond and sauna on site and a gorgeous brook minutes up the road. There is much to explore on the land we will stay on as well as the surrounding waterways and forests.
All Inclusive Package: Meals, beverages, sauna, practices, creative materials, rituals, guidance, and shared accommodations.
At a recent women's circle, Lisa chose the noun "Witness" in recognition of how she sees herself in the wider world. Through practicing awareness and acceptance of what moments and experiences bring -- whether in/through a posture (asana) or a life adventure -- Lisa continues to learn and witness some of what the human experience can offer and frames her teaching in this context.
Lisa studied yoga through Central Mass Yoga & Wellness and Ignite Institute for Yogic Leadership & Social Change. Lisa's philosophy is guided by the teachings of yoga as well as community cultivators such as Adrienne Marie brown and Leah Penniman.
